Hi...I received the Sponsor approval, medical request for my parents PGP application and I can see Medical is passed also but I didn't get the AOR. Did this happened with anyone else. Is it normal?

Does the IRCC account show medical passed?

Yes, status is shown like this: "May xx, 2022 You passed the medical exam".

I submitted application since Nov 17 2021. I was asked to resubmit the IMM 5406 form in February which I did.
My F12 trick has been showing status 8 - returned for over 3 months now. I raised a webform over a month ago and still nothing.
Fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

You can raise a webform too and see if you get any response. Other than that, we’ll keep playing the waiting game.

Check the email address (From) by which you got Biometric or Medical request. like From: CIC.CPCMississaugaDoNotReply-CTDMississaugaNePasRepondre.CIC

Sorry, but there is no email address mentioned in the letters I received in my GC Key a/c.
