My husband send his application on March 2022 (paper) and he already received Test invitation. Does any paper applicants still waiting for test as well? Just curious why my husband received test invitation faster then me) he received email from Scarborough office, and we live in Toronto)

Did you guys apply "together" both applications in one envelop? When you apply in one package the family application is usually processed at the same time for all family members/

We apply together on November 2021, but they return the applications after 4 months because of the physical calculator, so we decide to reapply separately… Me on March and he on February.

I applied online and my wife applied together with my kids using paper application. Wish you good luck on your application too.

So we sent applications on November 2021, and during 4 months no news from them. Then we received envelope back. On my application they put notice that my application is good for completeness check but on my husband’s application was note: your application doesn’t confirm your physical presence in Canada fir the required numbers of day. So because of this they returned envelope, and mine as well because we send as a family. So when my husband reapply by himself he put on top their Previous note, I didn’t include IRCC note. So maybe they saw it and give him test day faster, I don’t know exactly.

my husband’s timeline:

AOR: end of april
Background check: end of May
Citizenship test invitation: June 01
