Got notice of decision letter next day
After that nothing to hear from ircc or warsaw.
As I told you I called to ircc last month the agent told me we send your file to warsaw VO office.. you call to warsaw VO because your visa will finalize from warsaw VO.. I was called to warsaw but they not pick up..
Your visa was refused from warsaw??

Anyone have any suggestions on what should I do while waiting for an appeal hearing date after appeal confirmation? I have ordered GCMS notes today. I am also thinking of reorganizing documents and finding stronger proofs. Your feedback would be appreciated!

Yes khan I m sure I haven't received any update after won appeal. It's make me stressed.i did webform query to ircc thy reply your file is in process.. it's has been 8 month.. my representative said due to Ukraine war the visa I'd delay is it true?

It’s unbelievable the way they work it’s incorrigible buddy don’t worry almighty will expedite the process.

However I have got 3 updates and two emails from CPC Mississauga and Warsaw
Now I guess they might ask new PCC and new medical then maybe PPR or DM
Don’t worry you will get update in some time.

last week I emailed to warsaw VO but still no response. You have any idea regarding webform how to send warsaw VO?

My impression is that files that are in Warsaw really are hung up due to Ukraine efforts.

Congratulations... the most Important thing is winning the appeal, doing a new medicals or not is not a big deal so worry not. Let's pray they keep updating u people as fast as they can. I got refused and now waiting to get a hearing date . Accra visa is full of criminal and disgusting visa officers.

When did you guys receive your blue book? Is it an actual book or do you receive it in your email? Did you receive anything by mail from IAD or just in your email?

My laywer sent the appeal letter by email if I am not wrong so digital then received the blue book by email. It was divided two attachments part 1 and 2 and forward to me. It is fast if you email the letter and they will send the record or blue book to the email provider
We sent appeal letter on February and receive the blue book on May. It took 2 months and half to receive blue book. Hope that help
