This is just my opinion: If you are sure that the documents requested were for eligibility and they are received/passed eligibility, then you don't have to send them. But if they are asking to send the documents again, may be resubmit.

My VO is Ottawa, and we've had zero movement on our file since he passed the medical on March 31st. Not all Ottawa files are fast.

Really?You mean all these people whose applications was sent to Ottawa are not Outland?
As for the WhatsApp group,I know of none.

I'm not sure if that used to be how it went, but it is most certainly not the case now. I am most definitely an Outland sponsor, and our file is most definitely at the Ottawa VO. I applied in November. Outland. This is the exact group I should be in.

Wrong. Many, if not all Outland applications from India and other countries are processed at CPC-O. Mine is sitting in Ottawa too.

That's not true.
If PA is outside Canada then you are considered outland.
If your PA is already in Canada on Work-Permit/Visit Visa then you are Inland.

Not precisely true. Only those IN Canada physically can apply inland.

But those who are in Canada - I believe regardless of status, except citizens and PRs of course - can apply outland if they wish.

(This can make sense for some, eg for someone who is in Canada but believes they may have to leave Canada for lengthier periods during the sponsorship).
