Hey, I'm about to submit my PR application today - even went through and signed it however haven't paid for it yet. I needed to adjust a few things first however now the buttons under Action have disappeared so I can no longer access my application! Haven't been able to get through to CIC. Any help would be appreciated! Also submitted a technical issue form too.

Hi there same thing happened to me as well. There is no response from ircc and i have already submitted a webform regarding this technical issue. Do you guys know how long does it takes? last four days the action part is disappeared and i dont know what to do next.

Hi guys. Did you figure out the solution to this ? I've been waiting since Saturday and it's still the same issue.
I've send WebForms and reported as technical issue (at the bottom of the page), and even used different browsers but same issue.
Please share how you resolved it.

I still can't resolve mine.. it's been 5 days now.. i tried to clear the cache and update the browser as per their email, but nothing's changed. So i reported a technical issue again

Hi, contacting ircc regarding this issue is waste of time. Please wait for some time and log in to your account. It will reappear within 30mins/2hrs. Don't worry. If it still does not appear after 10 days or something. Please find some lawyers.

Hi, what I did was creating a new account. since you have all the documents and requirements needed just upload again everything. My mistake last time was to wait for 2 weeks to get it fixed.

Hi there, I met the same situation and I want to use the same method, to create a new account. But my case is for study permit extension. So I just need to create a new account? Which option? GCKey or just register?

Is it possible to create a new account? I also got the same issue, couldn't complete payment, but then page refreshed and now there's no actions to do. It's been like this for hours and I must submit soon to get my study permit in time for my travel.
