Hi, what I did was creating a new account. since you have all the documents and requirements needed just upload again everything. My mistake last time was to wait for 2 weeks to get it fixed.- umi0520

I still can't resolve mine.. it's been 5 days now.. i tried to clear the cache and update the browser as per their email, but nothing's changed. So i reported a technical issue again- umi0520

Please help. I only need to submit my application and pay for the fees then this happened. what if our application got expired while waiting for it to get resolved, do we have to start all over again?- umi0520

I have the same issue for 24hrs now. What happened with your account? Were you able to submit your application now?
