Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

In late May I received an email IRCC informing me that the address provided in my 2021 PGP sponsorship application is not the same as that of the person invited by IRCC to apply and requested to mail in proof of address or email it to IRCC.CPCMParentsandGrandparents-Parentsetgrands-parentsCTDM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca within 30 days of the notice. When I submitted an interest form to sponsor my parent back in 2020 I used to live at a different address, but when I submitted the PGP package to IRCC in November 2021 I already moved to another address which is what may have triggered this notice from IRCC. So I emailed my latest bank statement, utility bill, and a copy of my drivers' license to IRCC which I believe should suffice to validate my new address. What I'm worried about is lack of confirmation or any sort of automated email after I emailed the requested proof of address to IRCC. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Did you end up receiving any confirmation? Thank you

Members from Pakistan. How you get medical appointment in Lahore or Islamabad. I got medical request on June 6. Try to get appointment but no luck. When I call customer service it's long wait and send them email but no response. any help how can I get appointment for my parents. Thanks in advance

Book the next available appointment asap. Inform IRCC via web form and seek an extension. What’s your time line? When did you submit the application?

As mentioned in my earlier chat, I got an email from IRCC stating the below on May 25, 2022. I send the completed document on May 31,2022 to the email "IRCC.CPCMParentsandGrandparents-Parentsetgrands-parentsCTDM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" as suggested but i did not get any confirmation yet that the document is received. Further more the status of the application in the portal says "Returned". I am not sure why does the status say "Returned" when they requested for document. Does this mean that my application is rejected?

Anyone has the same issue?

We got An email to resubmit imm5669 on april 19th.

Sent email twice on april 25th with new forms.

Today i observed the “view” in action column is active and we can see our uploaded documents. Status still shows “returned” .. now while trying f12 the email of the agent is no longer visible and last update shows only for 6 dec 2021.

Earlier we had 11th april as the update when checked as f12

So I guess it’s for everyone. One poster said that it might be because application is approved for sponsorship and is sent to another office hence former case officer’s email is removed. But after reading your post, I think it’s just for all application.

I got letter today to submit passport to get stamping and COPR within 30 days for my parents who are both currently in India.
My situation is my mother(who’s is dependent in application) is coming to Canada in next 10 days but my father(who’s primary applicant) will be in India.
How can I get the COPR/PR done for my Mother when’s she’s in Canada later this month and father from India?
Do I need to send a web form enquiry for this situation and ask for a new letter for my mother?
Any help on this is highly appreciated!

I had been through this process. In my case it took 2 months to restore the status from "returned" to "submitted" after submission of the imm5406 by email. Thereafter, I could link the application with gckey account within a week. Hope this helps.

we applied in November 2021 and, recently we are requested to pay the "biometrics" fee, 85 dollars. whats next? I m just curious how much longer is the waiting. even though i dont expect it will be soon given to their speed in the past.

hello everyone, we submitted our file OCT 2021, today after I sent a webform to change my(sponsor) address, I got an email that they need OPTION C printout, even though we sent the for that gave them the right to access to our CRA accounts, anyone have any idea why they ask for it.

Great!! Do you still see your documents list last updated date? I know we have the same case worker. I had my last update on 24/25 April on 5 documents same as you, but no further updates.

@ghostk Around May 26th mine status changed to 10 and after that I kept trying to link the file to IRCC Account which I successfully linked on June 14th and today received Biometrics request.
