Wow. In part, I have to say I’m happy I’m not alone. When there is a long delay like this after steady, regular communication from IRCC it becomes worrying. This process has been very discouraging with being unable to know how much longer we are supposed to wait. I’m praying for a quick approval for us. I’m missing my husband more than words can describe.

And I am missing my wife. What's your timeline?

This gap between medicals and biometrics to something else happening is typically the longest, and yes, frustrating because no communications.

You can order gcms notes to see if you can determine what's going on. It may not provide much insight (again, the long gap is fairly normal), but sometimes it does. At any rate, something uoy can do.

You have 2 options when you apply you can pay RPRF upfront or they will send you a request later on once application has sponsorship approval from IRCC.

Well yes I have received the sponsorship approval 20 May 2022.

Sponsorship approval letter ? Are you talking about the sponsor eligibility like if the sponsor is eligible ?
Well yes I have received the sponsorship approval 20 May 2022.

Yes the letter where they tell you that you are approved to sponsor your partner.
So in this case I believe that they sent you this letter so that you pay RPRF and they start processing your spouse's file.
