Hello thank you guys for reading this.
I have married my girlfriend who ive been seeing for about 1 year and 3 months and lived with her for 9 months .we did a civil wedding just her family and her grandma and father and brothers ( as my family is back in my country so we are planning one bigger wedding later).i was afraid if having small wedding is a redflag .and also the difference in religion?
I have letters from her mom and her grandmother and father as well as my own parents .Do i need to explain officer why the wedding is small?
I appreciate the help

Overall shouldn't be an issue, esp as you lived together. Short explanation should suffice.

IRCC doesn't care about your different religions. In fact to some degree that might partly explain small wedding.

Note: to some extent depends on country of origin (how traditional there), but ti sounds like you are both in canada so pretty normal overall.

Yeah i am a muslim and we dont have really tranditional wedding .plus it wouldnt make sense to perform a tranditional when i came to canada .
I am also out of status for about a month now as my study permit expired .is it redflag to apply for a spouse sponsorship right after study permit expiry...problem is i need to apply soon before i somehow get like departure order .so idk if i should apply now or wait abit

First, your wedding with her family present is supportive that it's a real relationship.

Go through the application form carefully and see what else you have to support.

Because:

-everyone says 'red flags' like each of them means it's a huge problem. It's a bit more like a yellow flag in football (soccer). Or demerits in driving.

Some extra attention and scrutiny but it mostly means they'll be looking for other problems that indicate it's not a genuine relationship.

If everything else is mostly normal, should be okay. Just put extra work and care into putting together a complete application with other support.

And VERY important: disclose that you are out of status. Do not hide anything.

Best to change all and yes, bank also good.

If you think you need to explain why late, just add a short letter of explanation

HI all,

Please help me with below problem,

I was sponsored by my husband in 2019 dec we got divorced in 2022 feb, after 8 years of marriage. we had no kids
Now I have decided to remarry, can i marry? as the boy is still in india?
i am aware that i'll not be able to sponsor him till 2024 dec(5 year sponsorship ban), but my questions is

1. since i am Canada with PR and my second husband will be india till 2024 even after marriage, will it be of any concern during sponsorship in 2024?
2. or should i get married after this 5 year sponsorship ban?
3. is there anyway i can at least sponsorship visitor visa during this sponsorship ban?
4. my second husband is 6 years younger to me, will that be of concern to cic for sponsorship, but i really love him and want to marry him?
5. what additional proof can i keep ready for sponsorship apart from below:
marriage certificate,
wedding photos,
travel and trip details,
texts nd call details,
bank transaction?

please guide me

There is no such thing as sponsorship visitor visa. You can send him an invitation to come for a visit. He needs to provide his financial, personal information and travel itinerary.
