i applied in Aug 2020. and received AOR in Sep 2021. from Sep 2021 until now i did not get any thing

Interesting. We applied November of 2020 and if you got yours 13 months later, we should have also received one around December of 2021. We have not received anything beyond the temporary AOR in January 2021. Hmmm. May I ask from what country you applied?

Is there anyone here who knows how to write a petition to the government? I saw one and signed It before. I guess they will remain silent as long as we are. It's time to rise our voices. this Is too much already. our lives are running out and we can't plan for anything

yes, I think so. I have searched back in this forum (2020) and it looks like only 2 ppl have received a permanent AOR. At least from those who have posted. Yours and one who applied in August 2020.
I’m guessing yours went more quickly at the beginning since it was still early in the pandemic.
