Visa rejection based on personal assets

I have been rejected twice for a student visa for the following reason :
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status
I had applied for an advanced diploma which was to begin in September 2022. The first time I got rejected, our agent advised us to show more money so that's what me and my dad did, but 3 days later, I got rejected again.

How long is program? Did you pay first year tuition and how much in funds did you show? How old are you?

So if your program is around $54k then your father is spending all his savings on your tuition. How will he live? How will you pay for your last year of studies? Concern that you can’t afford to finish the program.

No , Sir/ma'am. My father is financially well settled, which is why he is willing to let me study in Canada in the first place

If he is financially well settled then he needs to show all the funds to support your studies. If tuition is $54k and you need at least $30k per year (low) for living expenses that is $84k. At this point, tuition is not even covered.He is well short of showing that you can afford your studies. If showing $45k then where will the other $40k come from? Future income doesn’t count.

Okay , Thank You. Point Noted. Also, Do you think that we should show properties? Coz the reason for rejection was due to "personal assets" and financial status in "country of residence", So is it not required, or is it better to show them?

Properties are not liquid funds and they are not yours. Now you are mentioning another reason, “country of residence.” Did you have more reasons for refusal other than finances? Do you live in your country of citizenship? Post full reasons.

I got rejected for this one and only reason, both times. I mentioned "country of residence" as it was a part of this rejection, I'm gonna post it here as well

Do you live in your country of citizenship? Either way you are short about $40k in funds.

Hello Everyone,

Myself, My Wife and 6 year old son we wanted to visit my Sister-in-law who is based out of Ontario purely for visit purpose only. Both the times my wife was the primary applicant, First we had filed for Visitor Visa in December, 2019 and got refusal stating ties to home country not strong. Second time we applied in March, 2022 - as we wanted to visit as my sister in law has purchased a new house and for we wanted to visit for house warming and pooja and got the refusal on the following grounds :-

1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada based on your family ties in Canada and in Home Country
2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada based on purpose of visit
3. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada based on History of travel (we have never travelled outside India)

Later we applied for GCMC Notes as this was second refusal and below was the reply received :-

1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada based on the family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country.
2. The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicants socio-economic situation and therefore, I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of period.
3. The applicant's travel history is not sufficient to count as a positive factor in my assessment.

Below are my Questions and I need all of your assistance in re-applying the visa for 3rd time and how do i address these questions.

1. What does it mean by Socio-Economic, can someone explain me this ?
2. Our visit is purely for Visit purpose only and we do not want to stay there - we had shown enough funds as well
3. Can we try again for Visitor Visa and what are the chances of getting the Visitor Visa if we apply for 3rd time
4. With no travel history - How do we address this concern ?
5. How to address all the concerns that we have found in GCMC Notes ?

I request all of your guidance on my query.
