My authorized stay is until this moth hopefuly will received good new this week.
Even if you become out of status, CBSA will not contact you immediately. It will likely take a few months before they reach you. And even when they reach you, there is a list of preremoval procedures to go through, including PRRA. It's not cool to be out of status but leaving before AIP will weaken your HC factors. Good luck

I’ve just received approval in principle for our H&C, I got instruction letter saying that we have to provide all documentation within 30 days, we will start asap, does anyone know how long takes 2nd stage to be completed? We got 1st stage approved in Toronto
March 2020 H&C application submitted
Aug 2020 application received by H&C office
Dec 2020 H&C application on hold cause of litigation on federal court appeal on refugee denied
June 2022 1st stage approved

I think someone posted here that you can already get OHIP but you have to go to an actual office, not an agent location, because staff are more informed about this in central offices.
Yes you can you just have to have AIP letter and yourpassport and ID show address and they will give you OHIP for 1year from the date show in Aip. If they told you no show them the website for OHIP they write you are eligible for that

We are waiting for our AIP, and also we have applied for our WP we are in implied status, but unfortunately we can’t pay for our bills, we don’t have any benefit to help us and we have 4 kids .
So do you think if we apply for assistance , we can have a problem with our H&C process? It can be denied? We are really needing of help.
And if we apply how to do it ? We are in British Columbia.

This is a tricky question.
Going on social assistance can sometimes have a negative impact on an H&C application. Ideally you want to stay off social assistance if you are applying for PR through H&C. But of course you're in a challenging situation and you need to be able to support and feed your family.
If you applied to extend your WPs before your WPs expired, then you can continue working on implied status.
We applied for our wps extension before our WPs expired, but because we are in implied status we aren’t getting our CCB. Now we are not able to pay for everything that we need to pay ( rent, food, bills).
My husband is the only worker at home , and our counts are not matching.
Is there any chance to get CCB in implied status, if I call them , send all the documents that we applied for H&C, we applied for WPs extension…
