7 july ,just Linked.I am living in canada with spouse and childs since 4/2019.I recieved letter to submit marriage certifcate with in 30 days but i dont have.what document i can provide rather than marriage certifcate.I have birth certificate of my childs.Our names are included in each other passports.Its hard to go to india for apply marriage certificate. Anyone please guide me

Do you live together or have lived together for more than 12 months and can demonstrate it? (I.e. lots of documents etc)
If so, you can then apply as common law without showing the marriage certificate. I do not know if there is any easy way to 'switch' the basis of what you provided in your application. You COULD try writing and saying that although you were married in [year] you cannot get marriage certificate and intended to apply as common law [...on the basis of time residing together and children] and here is the documentation that demonstrates that we are common law.
Note: I do NOT understand at all how you have applied or on what basis like what status any of you have.
Warning: I'm not an expert and you may want to see a lawyer. A quick consultation at this point to see if what I've suggested is allowable may be better than havung problems. Or lawyer may suggest better to withdraw whatever app you have and submit a correct one.
I assume it will be an issue. Usually they give a paperwork in the religious places and you sign on their register while they are doing rituals. They are available from quite a while. You can get them and you can also consult the clerks ( you know the ones sitting outside the courts under umbrellas) for a solution.
