The visa granted to Ukrainians only allows them to come to Canada temporarily. It is not a PR program and it does not allow them to remain in Canada permanently. They also cannot apply for PR through the refugee program and have to qualify for PR through one of the economic immigration streams like Express Entry or PNP.

It’s same we don’t even get a temporary resident, they bring them from European countries , and their H&C fast process and successful, we are from war countries we don’t even get work permit, it’s double standard, member here talked about it before , folks there is no human right it’s just fucking joke , people who are legit and truthful always get refusal but people who lie and cheat with system get approval.

This simply isn't true. If it was, that would mean everyone here who has been approved has lied and cheated, and that none of them are legit or truthful.

I feel like you probably won't take this advice, however focusing negative energy on other people isn't going to help you and will just stress you out more. Try to focus positive energy on your case and situation.

You should revise your case, get the notes and get more evidences from the comments.
You can apply for a second H&C.
I am agree with Scylla, you should not focus on other people, focus on how to build a better case.

No it's not your lawyer - IRCC knows because you plan to challenge their decision in court. If your case is granted permission to be deliberated in court, your officer will be invited to take the stand and respond to judge's questions.

If someone wants to challenge you in court, you would be among the first to find out. Same for IRCC.

If you win it will be sent to another officer for reconsideration who can either give AIP or refuse it. Unfortunately, there will be no penalty. This is why many of us recommend to go with new HC rather than JR. It is a very lengthy process. Around 1-2 years.

yes if you know what we going through and get refused worse then anyone.

Yes I know as have been and still fighting immigration for the past 6years almost got deported last year

@Katayoon what does this mean my application is now IN PROCESS again in eCas, couple of days ago its DECISION MADE, also I called IRCC automatic its says “We are reviewing weather you meet the eligibility requirements”

There won't be any penalty to the officer and they won't discharge the original officer.

If you win JD, normally your file would be returned to a different officer for redetermination (not to the same officer).
