Try your MP's office. Your main task should be confirming whether or not the file is still in the system, that is, whether it has been returned to you as incomplete.
I have conjugal application (same sex) I already passed the medical but Eligibility still in progress. I am a December 2021 applicant.
On the New PR Tracker I am only seeing "Updated" and then the date, but nothing has been updated aside from dates.

Any thoughts what are they doing on our application?

In my case, date updated 21st May on the new PR tracker, followed by Pre-arrival letter in my gckey on the 25th of May. Updates usually mean something’s progressing, I suppose.

Does anyone here got married under Article34 but not really co-habitate or live in together for 5years? We Just need to save time LdR kame umuwi lang pinas to get married Kaya nag undergo ng marriage license exemption which is art.34 Does anyone got approve for spousal sponsorship? TIA.
Can u update me if u received any update from them? I also sent additional requirements this june 6 and havent heard anything from them
