Valid Canadian travel document for new citizens

Hi all,

I will have my citizenship ceremony next week. Afterwards, I will apply for the Canadian passport right away. In the required documents checklist, there's a needed document which is
'Any valid Canadian travel document (passport, certificate of identity or refugee travel document) issued to you'.

The thing is I don't have any of those, I am applying for the Canadian passport for the first time and I am not a refugee. I know in the ceremony that I'll have to cut my PR card so I can't use that as well.

What document should I use then? Should I just use my other non-Canadian passport?

Refer section L of passport application pdf. you use document issued abroad(foreign passport)

You can use driver license also

That's different tho. That's identity confirmation. The one I am asking about is section K in the application pdf. These are two different items in the checklist.

Section K corresponds to question 3 in application. you should select NO
