I am inviting my parents to Canada under Super visa. My sister is also going to come soon to Canada as she has got her COPR. There is no other family member in India. My parents do not own a property in my home country(India). They do have some money in fixed deposits (Collectively close to 12 lakhs - Mother’s account 10 lakhs, Father’s account - 2 lakhs) and my father owns a car worth 9 lakhs. Would it be sufficient to show proof for the Fixed deposits and the car to demonstrate strong ties to the home country?

Unfortunately Car and Only Liquid asset don't show strong ties with home country
Do your parents get Pension or some thing like that ?

Actually IRCC want to see a solid reason to return them back and car and 12 Lakh is not proper reason to return them back to home country

Thanks for the reply. My father gets a pension but it is very meager, less than Rs 1000 each month. Will that count?

Also, I have given power of attorney (POA) to my father for the home(my property) they live in. Can the POA be used as any proof?
Is something like stating that my parents are beneficiaries of my property on a stamp paper signed by me, a good idea?

1- Yes , Please attach PPO copy , amount does not matter. via PPO you want to show tie-up
2- NO giving POA does not show any tie up
3- No

Do your parent have any blood relative in home country (like another dependent SON/DAUGHTER)?

If your parents have gold, or gold jewellery, maybe they can get this valued at a jewellers and get a letter of valuation. Gold is a non-liquid asset, and is not easy to take with you when travelling. So it could be good proof of an asset that they would have to go back for.

At the time of putting in your Super Visa if your sister is still in India then do not say she is in Canada. You are not lying, you are just stating the facts.

I have not furnished documentation for our properties in Bangladesh. My mother possesses 50 lakh in the bank, owns a flat inherited from her father, and following my father's demise, inherits city land valued at around 2 crore. However, we haven't submitted any documentation regarding these assets. Instead, we've showcased our deposit exceeding 100K in Canada.

Could you guide me on how to submit these documents along with the biometric and medical procedures, all to be completed on the same day?
