Hello Pksri21, This is a system unavailability issue, application and payment might not be processed during odd hours. I also faced the similar issue, try to make the payment during IST hours.

Hello Rohidw, Did you get your MCA evaluation complete? I am in the same boat and not sure if sending credentials for MCA from university to WES will grant me Masters equivalency or do I need to submit the Bachelors Degree & documents as well for evaluation..
