any updates? another week passed without anything, its been a month since my parents review of eligibility has started

It's been over three months since the review started for me and my mom and I login and check everyday hoping some new message is there but still same nothing new every time. We don't even know at this point how many day or months more it will take for them to make a decision.

this is only a canada problem! There is backlog in other countries as well but not like this! My God! I really question why we still want to go there, I mean, if they can't handle simple matters like this can't imagine living there and dealing with the bureaucracy on a daily!
