Hello All,

I am truly worried about my son's Dependent Child Inland PR Application.

I got the Portal Login details on 20th Sept 2021 and I confirmed the address and uploaded the photo on 23rd Sept 2021. And there's no news since then.

I was expecting the eCORP after that but it's been more than 3 months now, the status on PR Portal is still 'In review with IRCC'.

I called IRCC several times and last, the agent said that it is been longer than expected so he updated a note on the file and suggested I wait for another 4 weeks. This was 3 weeks back.

Could someone please advise me as to what can be done to expedite the application?

You can use web submission form. Google "IRCC web form". Follow the prompts

Finally got my eligibility to sponsor confirmation...its been a long 13 months.

Can anyone let me know when medicals will be requested and how long COPR will take from here, given the COVID and Afgan situation?

Reason: Sponsor is not a biological parent. My wife applied to sponsor my daughter from my 1st marriage.
Did not appeal.
Reapplied as the sponsor myself.

Father in canada - Applied Sponsorship for dependant child in India. Current Status - Review of eligibility after medical passed.
When i checked the status of application through Client Application link, i found Applicant(MyChild) address is same as my canada Address.

Earlier applicant address was showing as "not specified" , now got changed to my Canada address.
I recently changed my canada address though webform and Change of address portal.

As the applicant is presently in India, it should be India Address as specified in the application. I am not able to correct this online, because only Canada address can be updated online.
Will this issue delay the application ? I am worried. can some one help me .

I didnt get the Passport request even though medical completed 40days before.

I want to process Visitor visa and PR for my kids. What is the recommended approach ?

If I have to apply visitor visa for my kids, should I apply two visitor visa applications ?

I just landed on May 2022 , I am yet to get Canada pay slips , but I have indian payslips and deputation document from my company, is it ok to wait for paystubs for 2 /3 months or apply right away ? Please guide me here

Did you include the children and spouse in your PR application (as dependents)? That will determine how you proceed.

At present my wife is with my kids outisde canada and she has to come back to canada asap to retain her PR status(2 year min stay) and i need to join my family to support.. So, applying visitor visa for kids is advisable ? Because now dependent childs PR takes much time

Apply for a TRV (visit). There's nothing else if you do not want to go to PR route right away.

Hi Team,
I want to sponsor PR for my kids under Family Class - Dependent children . I have two kids, can anyone guide me know how to file it for two dependent minor kids using this new portal ? Because some forms I have to fill and upload for each kids, unfortunately i dont see an option to file for multiple applicants
