  • Sponsor approval and Correspondence letter for CSQ request: Dec 23, 2019;
    CSQ submitted: Jan. 16, 2020; Payment passed: Feb. 25, 2020;

Having to go through any immigration process is stressful as it is, and with an ARC even more, but don't lose hope.

Congrats! So ARC took 4 months?
Im also waiting from VO Mexico. Since July 2021.

It's hard to say because every situation is different but I've heard of successful stories with ARC. It obviously depends on many factors but if one is able to support well their application and convince an officer of their honest reasons to return to Canada and that they won't repeat their past mistake, then I think there are good chances for an approval.
Are you going through spousal sponsorship along with your ARC?
Thanks for your response. No, I am doing work permit along with the ARC. Hopefully it will go well

Bonjour la famille. Quelqu'un par ici a déjà passé ou passe par VO de Dakar avec ARC. Svp donnez moi de nouvelles. J'ai déposé mon ARC en décembre 2021 et j'attends toujours. Merci

Me too, still waiting. I sent webform and they said they are still processing my application. Only we need is patience.

Hello everyone!

I am applying for express entry. I got my PPR on may 6, and my ARC today. This is my timeline, in case someone is interested.

OCT 2019 - AOR
....Loong wait....

FEB 2022 - ADR, such as new PCC and Schedule A
APR 05 2022 - ARC fee request, with a letter explaining why I want to return to Canada
APR 24 2022 - ARC fee and letter sent
MAY 06 2022 - PPR letter
MAY 19 2022 - Letter of accompanying visa
MAY 19 2022 - ARC received by mail
