Je ne suis pas sous pairranage, je suis sous une demande de permis de travail fermé. Je prie pour que toutes nos démarches soient traitées le plus rapidement possible.

  • Sponsor approval and Correspondence letter for CSQ request: Dec 23, 2019;
    CSQ submitted: Jan. 16, 2020; Payment passed: Feb. 25, 2020;
    CSQ approved & received: July 15, 2020
  • Application sent to VO Mexico : Jan 6, 2020

Having to go through any immigration process is stressful as it is, and with an ARC even more, but don't lose hope.

It's hard to say because every situation is different but I've heard of successful stories with ARC. It obviously depends on many factors but if one is able to support well their application and convince an officer of their honest reasons to return to Canada and that they won't repeat their past mistake, then I think there are good chances for an approval.
Are you going through spousal sponsorship along with your ARC?
