ADR means Additional Documents Required. It's when they want some more documents to support your case.

Now a days its normal to be stuck in Submitted stage for around 60 days. If it moves earlier than that then consider yourself lucky.

Fingers crossed. Submitted since 28th March as well. Still stuck in submitted. Can’t wait for it to move.
