ADR means Additional Documents Required. It's when they want some more documents to support your case.what does ADR mean, I submitted mine on 28th march it still says Submitted.
Now a days its normal to be stuck in Submitted stage for around 60 days. If it moves earlier than that then consider yourself lucky.

Yes, i am in EE pool with 465hi
i got my Noi on Feb 22 2022,
submitted on March 28 2022,
still showing as submitted
i actually have been EE for more than a year now and my score is 473.
anyone else have been on EE for quite some time ?
Not necessarily. However Most of the applications get nominated when in DIP. Let's keep our fingers crossed.Guys DIP is a considered to be a safe zone or not ? Please confirm.
