Supervisa - PPR Received for Mother Only. Father's Application still in process. Anyone else has similar situation?

Contact your local MP through their email or by calling into their office. They will enquire about the file status. It worked for me in just 2 days.
If you don't mind can you share which specific document was missing for your mother?

We got my mother's passport stamped with Supervisa. Still no update on father's application. No reply on the webform too. This is crazy. It will be a month since we got PPR for mother next week. Lets see how it goes. I have been trying to contact the IRCC call center too. no luck till now getting through. Did you get the GCMS notes?

It was proof of medical insurance. We mistakenly put e medical there.
Any movement on your father's file? There is no movement at our end. We did check with doctor's office just to be sure that there is no additional medical request sent to them. Nothing so far.
I am planning on contacting the local MP to see if they can help out. Any movement on the files?
Hey there, I had contacted local MP and found out there was a additional medical check up required for my dad, which is now completed and medical was passed today (23rd may). Try reaching out to MP. Sorry for the late reply, I didn’t get any notification in my email.
Hi Surya, so you got the additional medical request information from MP. No email or notification was sent to you from IRCC? This is strange. I will contact the MP so see if they can find some information for their file. Let me know if there is any movement or any information come up. I hope your dad gets the PPR soon.

I reckon i have uploaded the medical receipt form the hospital for my father instead of e-medical sheet.
Can you please advise how i can update that without IRCC requesting from me?

You can use web form to add the document. In some cases, IRCC sends email or notification for additional documents. I would recommend you to use web form to share your father’s medical sheet.
Just received PPR for my father as well. Medical passed on 23rd May and PPR on 25th May. Reached out to MP to identify why there was an delay. To check your MP please visit https://www.ourcommons.ca/members/en/search and enter your zipcode to get the current member
I'm in the same boat as you. My mother's ppr was accepted last week, but my father's application is still waiting for medical to be completed, despite the fact that he is the primary applicant.
Try to reach out to your local MP. I received my Father’s ppr , there was a additional medical requested for my father but I didn’t receive any email or notification in our account. I got to know by involving the local MP
