Lets discuss visitor visa may 2022 applications

applied for my mom and elder sister to attend my graduation ceremony

application date: May 14,2022
Biometric done: May 16 , 2022

My sister applied visitor visa on 16th May 2022. She did one mistake in the application form. By mistake she has provided my UCI number in the application. She received letter for Biometric. She got new UCI# assigned. She is applying first time so she never had UCI#. As she has provided incorrect UCI in the application , will this cause any issue? Please let me know if there is any way to update the application.

Guys I have applied my spouse visitor visa last week of March. Biometric results were updated in system around April but No update after that. It’s been 50+days so far. Immigration process is not speedy so plan accordingly

Left Canada with valid study and work permit but expired TRV. Applied to renew TRV from Kuwait (Visa processing in Abu Dhabi Office) and my application was submitted May 8th, 2022. Still waiting. They already have my biometrics and everything from my first visa. Anyone have any idea how long it usually takes?

You are not renewing a TRV, you applied for a new one. Assume you graduated so your study permit is no longer valid 90 days past graduation. Expect anywhere from 48 days onwards. That is the average processing time for Kuwait.

Thank you for your response. I am still enrolled in school and supposed to be doing my internship this semester. Study and work permit are valid until 11/30/22. Is there any chance it could be processed faster?

No expedited processing. So you mean co-op work permit. If you don’t get a response by end of June then raise a webform. Do you need a medical for your internship?

I forgot to add a document, can I raise a web form to add it or wait for them to request it? The document is not mandatory but shows evidence of prior travels.
