on the right click on "cases?phase" > then click Preview on its right”

Good day everyone , need some helped here .I sent in an online application in permanent residence portal for sponsoring my parent, and now my application status show in permanent residence portal has been updated as returned ,because 2 of my forms are showing incompleted. I have submitted my application before deadline (in November ),this is my first time to use this online application system, the system is now not allow me to upload the completed forms, I would like to know what is next in order to complete my application? Also, I submitted my application in November, but I did not receive any file number,so far the only email I received is telling me the status of your permanent residence portal has updated, I really afraid that I will be lost this opportunity to sponsoring my parent this time, because I did not submit the application form for the first time due to incomplete information.do anyone face this sitution before ,thanks!

My application status is updated same as yours, application returned. Also received an email stating updated status in your application but have not received any email or letter afterwards about mistakes or steps to correct it.
The status update email was received on may 5, 2022 and no email than after.

Hi Everyone, I applied for parents sponsorship on November 26th 2021 no update since then. I tried F12 trick. It says 0 and 1 null with CIC officer information. Application Number - null. Any idea what this means?

Figuring out the process for the parent PR visa, could somebody please help answer the below questions please?

1. I tried to link my parent's application to a new IRCC account but its unable to find my application. I tried linking with multiple options, UCI and family name and also first/last name/DOB but unable to find my form. Is this normal?

I did the f12 trick and it looks like it was last updated on April 7 and has status code 10/completed. Shouldn't it mean I should be able to find my application to link as mentioned in step 1 above?

Same for me. Using f12 trick the status id is 10 and completed but can’t link through GC key

Ya - they send a document which included instructions to either email or mail the document. It said specifically not to upload it to portal.

I got a letter today stating that: Therefore, your application does not meet the requirements for processing. Because the address and postal code are different from submitting the interest to sponsor and the application. We moved so we have a new address. This can't mean that they won't accept my application. Many people move. They haven't requested new forms but have given us 30 days. Any advice?

Did you include the proof of address change? In the invitation letter it was mentioned that you need to put proof of address change.

I think you need to write an explanation letter and include the proof of address changes

Please provide the proof of address details as someone suggested. You should be fine

Finally, I received some communication from my consultant. We have received Medical Request. I have a question. I applied for my mother's Super Visa this month and did Upfront Medical Exam last week. Now, I received Medical Request for PGP, then would the medical exam I did last week work for PGP also? The medical exam form I received from the hospital has the medical exam type as Visitor. Or would I have to get another medical exam again?
