same here... and even heard back last week from Hamilton IRCC that my family application is in process and will take several months before any action happens to my file... and I apply May 2020... this whole process is a sad joke.

This really sucks! Tomorrow will be one year since i have had an update on my citizenship tracker.

Just curious, how did you hear back from Hamilton IRCC? Did you call? My family application is also sent in May 2020 and in process since Dec 2020. No change since then. Applied for GCMS twice and it shows they haven't touched the file since Jan 2021 or so. The file is in Mississauga IRCC, just 1km from my home collecting dust in some shelf. Any pointers most welcome.

Hi Chad_80 - I sent them an email to one of the email addresses I found here in the forum in one the Hamilton threads... they were very quick to respond... literally within a couple hours, but the response was demotivating as they said "several months" before any action will be taken in my family's application...
In 16 days my application is having its 2-years anniversary and not even a test invite... it is reallty demotivating how they work. Even for a Nexus card... offices in Canada are closed while the ones just across the border in NY and Michigan started working normally again... beyond my ability to comprehend at this point.
