Hello. My brother did not finish college or university. I was hoping i could help him finish school by getting him a student visa in Canada. He is 36. He's coming alone. So he has hometies - my parents, his 3 kids, his girlfriend. He does not have enough funds, i will sponsor him. Is this feasible? Do you think an officer will approve his situation? I was looking to enroll him for NSCC.

For those with mediocre/middling profiles like your brother it completely depends on luck and nothing but luck. What's the employment history of your brother like?

Which program is he planning on studying in Canada? What work experience does he have? Which field?

You sponsoring him weakens his profile. So he will need to make sure there is strong alignment between his work experience and planned studies in Canada.
