Hi everyone,

I applied for me mom super visa in November 2021 received PPR today but a just a week ago she travel to Australia. Initial we were waiting for PPR but as it kept on delaying we applied for her Australia visa, got it in a week and she travelled to Australia.


Question: Should I send her passport in India VFO office or Australia with explanation letter?

Did you receive PPR on Nov2021 file today? Applied thru gckey / new portal?

Hey there, did your mother receive the PPR too? and after how long? I have the same situation, one parent has received PPR, the other application still shows in process, even medicals are in review.

no i contact an immigration agent regarding this, and the passport can only be submitted from the country u applied.

Hi, when did you apply for the Aus visitor visa for your mum and how long did it take to get approval, did you apply on their website? My dad applied for supervisa to Canada in Nov 2021 GC key and still no update !

Its better to put more than 6 mnths otherwise you should apply for visitor visa because thats the difference in visitor and supervisa

So far no update after April 18 for ppr anyone else got ppr after medical passed this month

May I ask where did you apply from?Has your father have previous US/Canada visa at all? I applied for mom via new portal on Mar 28, medical passed Apr 18. My mom has never travelled anywhere before so I’m a bit nervous. Hopefully we will get good news like you soon

Country Pakistan:

Applied Supervisa for both parents January 22nd.

Biometrics done 25th Jan...Uploaded on Mother's application Jan 29. Father's application still says "We have not received your finger prints".

Anybody had this happen? Both parents gave their biometrics at the same time so I am not sure why only one of them has Biometrics uploaded going into March...

Can someone please guide me how to best contact CIC these days?

Hi @Pakiboy I'm applying for my mother and father and since you've already applied ahead of me in the process, just wanted to ask, did you submit separate applications for mother and father or 1 application for both applicant?
