Same happened with me too. We saw on the tracker that the FPs were requested however we did not receive any email. Sent multiple webforms with no revert. Tried calling in and got connected after couple of days and received the FPs email and now it shows completed.

Interesting. Not sure how they will track these and attach it to your file. Please keep us posted how this goes. I will wait till early next week , if I don't receive any email from them, I will possibly follow the same steps.

Hi @jeenu123 , for my father, he received his passport request on September 22nd 2022. Try reaching out to your local MP to get the status update on why its getting delayed, they might be needing some additional document which IRCC fails to update us directly lately.

Agreed. I did not receive any email. Got the Fingerprints request on June 14th and with no email saw online that I need to schedule the test between June 20th - July 11th and the details will be sent to me in the email. Nothing received so far.

Wait for a week or so max and then try reaching out to your local MP and ask them to get an update for your father's application as group application should get a decision at the same time. Find the details of your local MP, send an email or call them and they will assist in getting the update...
