My father is in India and he was having SUPERvisa earlier but he never travelled and it was expiring in June 2022. He renewed the passport and old passport & visa got cancelled. So, I applied again to get new visa stamp for his new passport. I will good luck for your case. Take care.

I asked him, he said the photo on the landing paper copy will be used for PR card. But I doubt, CIC gonna ask me about the photo.

I sent my passport on 14th Feb, they received the passport last Friday - 16th Feb, return tracker activated yesterday - 22nd Feb and got approval on MyCIC on 22nd, received the passport back today. Don’t you think they have to keep the photo for PR card?

Yes, I got the confirmation of PR in a letter. One of the photo is attached in the form and second photo was loose in the envelope. There is no instruction regarding why they returned it. Instruction says I have to do the landing on border, that’s all with the letter.

Hi folks, I got my passport back with immigrant visa on it, but CIC has also returned my both photos which I sent in the envelope. Is there something wrong in it? Please answer if someone got like the same. Thanks.

Yeah on 27 Oct and updated via CSE on 28 Oct, it was still in processing to get updated on the file and I got MR on 7 Nov and on very next day it starts showing passed on CIC.
