If anyone has been able to contact IRCC call center through TextNow, can you please share the area code you have used?

I have been trying since past 4 days but no luck. I hear they have blocked some area codes on TextNow.
I haven't tried this week but they cannot block area codes. Area codes comprise tons of people, they can't just block them whole.

Hi! The Express Entry form requests for the starting month and year of the education. While the year is mentioned, the month isn't called out on any documents. A friend who had previously applied for a study permit, entered the first semester exam date in the study permit application which was approved. Do you think mentioning the accurate date would be best for the Express Entry profile? or would IRCC reference the study permit application?

You can call using Skype. Get a 1 month free unlimited North American plan and then 6.99 USD on expiration. Even then still, goodluck getting in the queue to speak to any agent, you'll need it :)

I must have dialed at least 40 times now. Just can't get through. Always "Due to high-volume of calls, we are unable to transfer...."

I think I will have to order GCMS notes.

If you've gotten this far then surely your number isn't blocked otherwise you wouldn't even get connected to hear the annoying robot woman's voice. The lines are 'busy' OR there isn't anyone working at the centre to take our calls. Agents are on spring break in Florida, but do try again end of summer

You can invite your parents over on any permit (work, study, PR), as long as they can show proof of funds to support their trip.
Thanks for replying. I am trying to submit an application but it is asking for an invitation letter under the required documents section. An invitation letter can be given only by someone with an address in Canada or with proof of landing. As I am yet to land, I can't issue this letter and we don't have any family in Canada who can issue one. Is there a workaround for this situation? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Like others here, I'm just waiting in IP2 (or false IP2? I don't know) too. By mid-March I had received 3 ADRs. The last one, re-meds, was acknowledged as completed April 5th. Been chilling since then.
