Yes, it's possible.. send an email to local VO and then you can submit it after getting the response.

Hi i applied trv in Canada but i didn't get any update . I wanna go india because i have some urgent work . If i will go india without trv then how much time take to get stamp In india ??
I applied on 29 jan any idea if we got approval from canada then how much time take to get stamped in india ???
stamping in India takes 2 weeks
but I don't know how the file will be processed if you apply inside canada and then leave outside canada
No you don't have to
If you leave while file is in process and you get approved in India, submit passport to VAC in India
However I am not sure what will happen to files getting processed inside canada when the applicant leaves canada .. If it gets re-assigned to New Delhi Visa Office, then I am not sure how long you have to wait for tRV Approval

Passport sent to Bangalore IRCC for stamping: March 25, 2022
Passport Received at Bangalore IRCC: March 29, 2022
Passport received back to me with visa stamping: April 8, 2022
I don't think webform is required to transfer the file to India, although I did raise one after sending my passport but it hasn't been attended to, yet. So, the stamping was done even before they could open the webform I sent. Good luck to everyone who is waiting!

How did you choose VAC in India to send your passport? Does the link provided, after you receive PPR, lets you choose any country for stamping? How did you do the payment for two-way courier service?
I just went on to VFS global website and filled the webform for passport submission, then once I filled all the details, I got an option to pay by debit/credit card, which I did and after the payment, AWB number and other details were sent on my email with instructions on how to keep passport ready for pick up. From there, it was done pretty much on its own. Let me knw if you have any other questions. Good luck, cheers!

Quick question- you applied to get your passport stamped within Canada but then due to change of plans you had to get it stamped in India?
Also, I contacted Canada office in India who said to check with Canada High Commission if my trv application does not mention India to submit the passport. Is this necessary?
And do you have any idea about the processing time for passport stamping with IRCC Chennai?

Can you post the VFS url for webform ? I checked the VFS global website but didnt find the webform detail for passport submission.
Hello, My wife applied for a TRV application while in Australia (I already have TRV) and looks like it's going to take a while to get decision, and we have to travel overseas (India) soon. So if we got a PPR while in India we can get that stamped there in India? Would there be any issues?
