IRCC generally gives 30 days. You should raise a webform explaining the situation and asking them to reconsider. Also, try to call IRCC.

I have raised another webform with the receipt of automated email. I have called IRCC and agent was kind enough to escalate the issue to the webform team. I have to wait they say.

Does anyone know if passport gets stamped for eCOPR? Can I travel on eCOPR while waiting for a PR card? I'm assuming other visas are automatically cancelled after eCOPR.

Since you had your medical in July, and got your PPR recently, is it mandatory to land in Canada about 2 months from here? I mean before your medicals expire?
