from other forum threads, it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for a 2nd test.
Family applications normally are processed together meaning that they won't process one adult and other not! unless there are prolonged background and prohibition checks. I've seen it somewhere also that one adults has received oath with kids while other partner was still in progress! so it really depends on case by case.

Same thing for me. Application received March 21 and filed May 11. I only received a ghost update August 18 and that’s it. Nothing is complete.

That is super quick for completed background check.

Try calling the call center or ordering GCMS notes to see what's up. That might trigger some processing.

I called CIC few days ago and they said my application is with Hamilton office and I should wait until they invite me to write the citizenship test, I emailed CIC Hamilton office on their email address (some one posted in this thread), but didn't hear back from them yet.
Anything else I can/have to do?
one question, is there a way to order GCMS notes without calling them?

I tried to request GCMS notes using this link (ATIP Online Request):
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do
but I see a note in the page says: "Please note: Some Federal Departments have not yet transferred to the new ATIP Online Request Service, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)" so not sure how to request the notes online! if you have a url handy please share it here.

That’s the correct URL. It should be working. I submitted 3 requests before and all were processed

Oath done yesterday ours was by Niagara CIC . Congrats to you . Please keep me posted on when you receive your certificate. I'll let you know when we get it too
