Yes, one of my friends applied on 14th feb, got approval on April 2nd. I also know few people who applied in Jan and still waiting. Is it depend on area of residence of applicant?

Hi, I applied my SP Extension on Jan 12 so 87 days today with no response yet. The status says that my eligibility is being reviewed.
