    I called ircc to see if they receive application or not. They provide me application no. And I was able to link it with gc key.

    mine is Etobicoke, so it seems slowest to me everything is done on tracker on Oct 25. On GC key it says Final decision: on Oct 25, we are processing your application. no P1 nothing after that

    Doesn't matter if you have given biometrics prior or not, if you submitted your application after June 14 you have to give biometrics again. This may be one of the reasons for getting processing time slower that usual.
