Hey everyone,
I will have a short vacation in early May, took a week off for Memorial day week. I will hop into my car with my US Passport and drive to Canadian border . If CBSA asks me about my Canadian PR status I will simply deny having it. After I come back from Canada I will report what happened. If they are able to figure out that I am Canadian PR and send me back with permanent ban on entry, I will troll the heck out of the officers, I will film them, interrogate them and come back to US with laughter and post a video on my Youtube video channel and my personal blog. If I am able to cross the border, have a nice, short vacation and fun, I will report on it also. Stay tuned.
Feel free to ask me questions when I return. As I said, my strategy will be to present myself as US Citizen ONLY and deny the fact that I am Canadian PR.

The biggest leverage Orwellian Triple Hermetic Secret Worshippers have over immigrant is his fear of deportation and/or permanent ban. Fortunately, as a US Citizen, I can say that Canadian CIC/CBSA has ZERO leverage over me. As noted earlier, I will explode in Olympian laughter if they issue me the order of removal or permanent ban, I couldn't care less about not being able to ever visit Canada, land of rickshaws and Chaudhuris (so unlike the United States of America, where you don't have to be a rickshaw just because you are an immigrant) . Now, because of this zero leverage they have over me (they are literally impotent when it comes to dealing with me), I can go experimenting with various ways to troll Orwellian Triple Hermetic Secret Worshippers. One of the best is to present myself as US Citizen and never admit that I am Canadian PR. Let's see what happens.

DISCLAIMER: Some of my posts are written with pun intended, to satirize and ridicule Orwellian Triple Hermetic Secret Worshippers. At no point I would recommend ANYONE to do what I say I will be doing. I am not concerned about anyone doing what I say and then suing me for it, I will get away with it because I am not a lawyer, don't give legal advise and never told anyone to do what I say I will do. My main concern is your, as Canadian PR, present and future. If you are Canadian PR and plan to stay in that country for the foreseeable future, it's in your best interest to not do anything that may result in your removal or permanent ban from Canada, So, read my posts, have some laughter and joy, make fun of and ridicule Orwellian Triple Hermetic Secret Worshippers. but do not rely on my posts as a source of legal advise or inspiration for action. Whenever you have a doubt or legal question CONSULT a LICENSED immigration attorney who will be the best in guiding you forward. Good luck.

I doubt the CBSA would care about your laughter, but troll away.

speaking of caring , why do you care so much about my posts ( none ever targeting you or directed at you)? Are you really working for guvmint, perhaps CBSA, and therefore take my posts personally? If so, I am glad to have a chance to tell you bluntly what I think of your guvmint and your superiors/ colleagues. I will travel to Canada early in May. I will cross the border as American. I can't care less if CBSA bans me permanently from Canada for not dIsclosing my PR status. It has ZERO leverage over me. Live with it.

BOTH COUNTRIES ARE CONNECTED, they share information
Your car plate/tag has information about you and your status.

I'm going to hold you to that!
A lot of people post videos of border encounter , you can find it in YouTube. It's not some kind of difficult feat to be hold onto it. You have a right to film your interactions with them, unless they take you to a facility where filming is prohibited.

Oh, I understand that. It's just none of them have this particular use case that has relevance to my personal circumstance.

Are you also a PR outside of Canada, with significant breach of RO?
Real uniqueness of my situation is that I don't care about my PR status anymore. You bet I wouldn't do any of what I say I will do if I wanted to move and stay in Canada permanently. Do you feel the same way?

I’ll be eligible to apply for US citizenship next month. I’m pretty well settled here and have no current plans to leave. Do I want to move and stay in Canada? At the moment, no… but I like having options. But if i lose my PR, it’s not the end of the world. My interest is if the border officials would even ask you about your PR status if you enter with your US passport .

So to answer your question: I am meh about potentially losing my PR although I’d rather not lose it.

I am also curious about it. I think they either know you are PR (and then they ask you just to add misrepresentation to your removal order, if you deny having PR), or they don't, in which case there is no reason to ask if you are PR. We will see. I also wonder if they can deny me entry at POE, if I deny PR and they find out I am PR, or if they will have to admit me with 30 days time to appeal. Just in case, I will make arrangements on both sides of the border. If I get to Canada I will vacation there. If denied entry, I will spend my week off on our side
