H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Hey guys I know life is stressful and too much anxiety but in reality don’t be in favour of speed up in your first stage maybe your application end up in the wrong hand could end up with refusal

I understand but if you are facing deportation and AIP is the only way to remain in Canada then we become anxious of AIP processing fast. Unfortunately some people don't qualify for PRRA and AIP is the only thing that will stay the removal. We all have different experiences and situations.

I and my daughter received our PR Cards 2 weeks ago. My husband’s profile changed to closed and mailed yesterday. We should receive it next week. Remaining my son. His is still in review.

Our portal status remained "in review" for weeks after the PR card arrived. Often they do not update it, so fingers crossed your son's card is on the way too. Congratulations, my dear friend. Soon you will close this chapter of your life journey for good.

now your H&c is combine with your PRRA
Which is called H&c/PRRA Both your application with same officer for assessment
You shouldn’t stress out now if you get approved for H&c you PRRA will be cancel

Oh this is good to know @Ayanna. I thought they are two separate applications. It's good to know they combine and it goes to the same officer for review. When I read online PRRA was a different department but nowadays they link it together with H&C application.
