Do i need to take general Ielts again?

Unfortunately you will not get EE ITA with 385. What would your score be if you retook the test and scored higher in speaking and writing.

Go and remark your speaking module. There is a high probability that the score might increase to a 7 or even 7.5. Take the chance.
Your listening and reading scores are excellent.

You can a applying in PNP program. But we suggest you to retake an exam.

Yes, definitely. Your Reading: 9 & Listening: 8.5 scores is enough I think. But on the other hand, you have to retake the IELTS for speaking & writing. So that you can make yourself much perfect.
