Their issue was RCMP we were waiting for RCMP more than 120 days but finally show up with the help of @Ayanna she wrote my cousin letter we copied the letter sent it to the RCMP after 2 weeks they response to back send it home address
I send the rcmp Niagara fall office then we got an email final review then I saw my ecas decision made it said finally it’s over

How did you know that it is RCMP delay

Yes 2 times. They didn’t tell much just they said they don’t want anything from us.

if you get approval is an email from IRCc
If your lawyer email is Primary then send it to he/she

You gotta keep checking your ecas only way
Because couples days later ecas you will get this message

We sent you medical instructions on July xxxxc To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
