Is it advisable to submit TRV application after submitting spousal application?
I have heard the rejection rates are high, but will rejection of visitor visa have any impact on spousal application?
Please advise

Cool. I’ve read that it’s called dual intent application (name seems obvious since there is already a PR application in progress)

but is there like a separate portal or something where we apply for this dual intent trv? Or it’s the same IRCC portal, but in the letter of intent, we mention dual intent?
Please advise

No - there is no separate process for dual intent.

I would personally not recommend mentioning dual intent. Instead, focus on showing ties to the home country for the applicant such as property and employment.

Umm. We have no property in our name. She has an employment history. But the issue is also with her travel history I.e. she has never travelled abroad or has had any other visa in the past

I’ve read that these are the biggest reasons for rejection, hence the idea of showing dual intent

Give it a shot. There's really only one way to find out, by applying.

Specifically mentioning is going to reduce your chances of getting approved.
