If you received a request, i.e. after submitting your application and documents, you have to submit new ones. The reason why the request has been sent is to get the most recent PCC and info on IMM 5669.
Thank you, but I got the fresh PCC in the end of December (4 months back) which should be still valid for 2 months. Am I right? Getting the new ones will demand more than 30 days timeframe which CIC gave me.

Just submitted the documents requested in ADR.

The status says:
  • We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.

I didn't pay attention to this status earlier. Is this what it says for everyone or do they intend to send a request for more documents?

Yes, it will remain like that until they update it for “we are reviewing additional documents”

Jesus Christ. When will it end :(

You'd think they could at least reword their statuses to make them less frightening. Every status update is a cryptic message that has an entirely different meaning than what it says.

The most interesting is - you will get RFV or PPR or whatever you want to call it , and GCKEY will remain as “we are reviewing additional documents” … with no update to eligibility

And GCMS notes are taking forever too, so who knows what exactly they are doing ..

Right. So it's either a PPR or cancellation at this point. That's not stressful at all.

March 2020 AOR with RR for eligibility. I have decided to wait till at least Oct this year to see if they make a decision on my file. Otherwise I'll be filing mandamus. Would've filed sooner but I have a work contract that expires in Jan 2023 so won't be able to go anywhere till then anyway.

Oh and yeah, screw IRCC.

This is the most stressed out I've ever been in my life. The worst part is that they won't give any estimates. It's like they'll randomly choose whom to bless on a given day. I regret investing so much time, effort and money into this. If I were to start the process now, Canada will be among the last choices.

For me, the moment I transmit the message changes. Just make sure you transmitted the uploaded docs.

You should hear soon. From one of the Wats app groups, I heard that NDVO will clear all pending applications by June.Actually 8-10 people went to canadian embassy to know status and someone from the embassy said to clear all files by this june
I would like to personally thank those 8-10 ppl if my PPR comes by June
