I accidentally deleted AOR email

Does it have any important information or just saying they received my application?

Normally, before actial removal all emails go into trash folder. You could probably access it there.
AOR confirmation emailhas your AOR number, which you would need for communication with IRCC. If you can link your tr to pr application file on CIC website to your account, then it should be okay, as you can also see number there

There is not definite answer, but this is what I have observed so far.
Also, GU means Ghost Update (google it for interpretation)

Aor: 1st March
Biometric: Submitted when applied
Used the old medical that I did when applied for study permit in 2016.
17th march(application/ Profile updated) : Medical passed
18th March (application/ Profile updated): Medical status changed to " You do not need Medical "
22nd March (application/ Profile updated) : Medical Passed again
28th March (application/ Profile updated): Background check changed from " Your bc is in progress..." to "We are processing your bc"
Eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." been like this from 1st March

You are in the same as my situation, I have received my AOR on Feb 8 and linked on Feb 8. Medical passed on the same day as well as bio metric. I applied stream B on June 1 otherwise I hope we will get the portal very soon!

I succeeded to connect to them today 3 times
1st after 20 tries - good one who provided detailed information
2nd after 24 tries - bad one who provided no information at all
3rd after 30 tries - very good one who provided detailed information with follow up email

Just wondering does that computer thing tells you the status ? And then they ask you to press 0 to talk to agent. And when i press 0 they say they are busy and cancel my call

Yes, they are. Hung off and call again and again. Finally, you can hear "you will be transferred to an available agent." after then, you need to wail for 30 to 50 mins to connect to the human agent.
I had called them since 7:55 this morning. I think It takes time more in the afternoon.
after 51 sec when connected, and hit 2, and wait for starting next message and hit 1-3-0.
