Yeah this tripped me too but i think they need you to be in MAINTAINED STATUS as a worker not as a tourist. In this case it is maintained status as a tourist

Oof it says you can apply for TRPs if you overstayed, i guess she shouldve just applied TRP instead of Tourist visa lol. Do you know if you can apply TRP at this point with that circumstance? If not, Is there other options aside from LMIA-Work Permit?

Hi, i have been following you and have provided me so much help for my own pr, thanks so much. However, a friend of mine needs clarification, we did see in the BOWP requirements that you can apply for even with an expired work permit but with maintained status as a visitor. That still works...

If the officer doesn't ask you to rewrite your IMM5669, You are able to still change address towards the final stages of your application. When you get your eCopr, you will be invited to sign in on the PR Portal where they ask you for a photo and a mailing address, you can then change it there too

When you call the IRCC hotline they have an option specific for PR card :)

when they say mail, do they have a standard courier company in which we can track as to where the card is? mine was mailed however there are members who have been waiting for a year, a month, a week so I just want to know if there is a way to track aside from calling IRCC

No, but we can always call the IRCC contact centre. the PR Card department is easier to get into that for PR Status inquiry

Same, I check the mail box every dam day like a kid. my eCopr was approvied in Vancouver and mail address is in Penticton. Not sure if the address location has to do with the timeline.

which ciy is the mailing address? Im thinking it has to do it with. probably the more rural, the more delay?
