I finally got an email today with the tracking ID and a note saying that it has been dispatched to the IRCC office on Wed Mar 30, 2022 for processing.
Did you get any updates for your passport since the 25th?

Medicals finally updated on my profile today. However my background check status also changed to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check". I think previously it was "We are processing your background check...". Is this normal to happen with medical update?
Hey , can u share ur timeline and when did u have ur upfront?

Finally got ADR for Schedule A (IMM5669) and PCC guys.

Have a couple of questions regarding Schedule A form Section 8 (Personal History) and Section 12 (Addresses). Since I submitted my application, I have travelled to a few countries, all for tourist purposes (on tourist visas). One of these trips was to a country for a couple of months, rest were for a couple of weeks at most. During all these trips I continued to work (remotely) for my company in India.

- Should I include all these trips in the Personal History section? At the very least should I include my long trip?
- Should I include the address where I stayed during these trips (in different hotels) in the Addresses section? I didn't really "live" in any of these places since I was visiting temporarily. During all these trips I maintained a permanent address back in India.

It feels like I don't have to include any of these trips because they were for tourism. The only dilemma I really have is about the long trip, not mentioning it seems like withholding information. I was hoping there would be a Travel History section where I could add them, but unfortunately it is not there on this form. So what do I do guys?

Guys, got my RE_PCC and RE Medical requests last week, the issue is that the earliest appointments for both are in last week of April for my location.

It says that I should inform the IRCC that I will not be able to complete them in 30 days. How do I inform them ?

It doesnt hurt to include all the information, I included all the addresses that I ever stayed at. Better for me to inundate a form than have them misconstrue as withholding. You are unlikely to be asked for PCCs from these countries as it is less than six months.

This is my rationale though. What makes you hesitant to include these?

In the personal history section while submitting my application, I did not include any short-term travels. Similar for addresses. Now if I include them, it looks inconsistent. I've probably stayed in over 50 hotels in the last 10 years, should I include all of them? I don't even remember all the names. It looks like they are only asking for addresses where you have "lived" i.e. one you would call a residence and/or mailing address. That's why I'm confused. I think I might just attach another sheet and include travel history as part of that even though it is not in IMM5669, that way I'm not withholding information. I feel it is confusing to add tourist visits/addresses to Personal History and Addresses section.

I am sure there is literature on this out there, best to be certain about this before you do anything. Including 50 addresses seem tedious, I only had around 10

You need to show that a reasonable attempt was made to secure these documents within the given time frame. If you have booking confirmations etc send them proof, and mention this was the closest date available. BE CLEAR AND CONCISE.

Under work history, enter the jobs you WANT to claim points for, but BE SURE to include other work places in your personal history, so no gaps arise. Those that have been included under work will need substantiation, as in reference letters, pay stubs etc.
