My test window starts today 3/25-4/14 and I have not received any instructions email as of yet. Can anyone confirm if I can use the test sign in link on the ircc website and give the test without the instructions email ?

I would suggest you call the IRCC once. If you don't get any response then go proceed with the test link. The link will be active for you only during the test window

I didn’t receive an email and followed the link. When I put in my information, I received an email with subject - Canadian citizenship test link - Do Not Reply / Lien du test de citoyenneté canadienne - Ne Pas Répondre

Hi we have applied for citizenship in September 2020 for all family only I got request for fingerprint in October 2021 which I submitted in November 2021 and Background status shows completed in march we got request for citizenship test which we passed but again got second fingerprint request I. 3 months does anyone has this kind of experience?? Please help
