Hi everyone, my parents applied for PGP 2021 last November, till now we didn't get any ghost update; tried to link GCkey but didn't work. Now, they have valid visit visa for Canada and will be visiting soon. Is there anything they need to do from their side to travel here in few weeks?

My parents applied on Nov 23rd. We have not heard anything since. Is there a particular website to check status or its the same permanent resident portal in which they submitted the application? It only says submitted in there....

Sorry seems like online systems have changed since I applied in 2013.

I did apply for PR for my mother through Parent Grandparent program. Today received an email stating additional family information provided was not complete. They are asking IMM 5406 for the Principal applicant and all dependents aged 18 over whether accompanying or not . Each individual must sign their own copy of this IMM 5406 FORM by hand. Nobody is accompanying here. If anybody receive any email like this please advise

Here is my timeline:
File submitted : October 9, 2021
IMM 5406 requested: November 23, 2021
IMM 5406 submitted: November 25, 2021
Ghost email: February 23, 2022
Application link to GC key: March 17,2022
option c requested: March 17,2022
Option C doucument submited to IRCC: March 17,2022

In GC key and PR portal status shows submitted. Application number F++++++ is there in GC key.

I already sign authorization for CRA. But still got options C printout request .

Our office requires a copy of your OPTION C Printout for the tax years 2018 , 2019 and 2020 in order to
render a financial evaluation. This document is different from the Notice of Assessment and is available free-of- charge by calling the Canada Revenue Agency at 1-800-959-8281. You MUST ensure to include line 150 of your Option C.
This must be received at this office by: 2022/04/18

Tried to order the option c printout today through the phone (1-800-267-6999) to have it ready in case they request it. But after giving the sin number and date of birth, I get a message that " we regret that we can not process your request". Anyone has experience with this?

Yes, you just need to wait and stay on the line the representative will help you. I have waited 20-30 minutes. I started calling around 7:30 am.

I submitted my application on October 18th 2021. Cic returned my application saying that sponsor birth certificate is not meeting requirement.
My original birth certificate is in my native language. The birth certificate which I submitted is in English and was reproduced by municipal corporation and was issued many years later.
I can not believe they did not accept it .

Where shall I get the translation of my birth certificate ? I live in Alberta.

finally got the ghost email yesterday. and they also asked to full the IMM5476 USE OF REPRESENTATIVE again as I forgot to sign the representative section (no idea how I did that as I check the whole file at least 5 time before submitting)
does any know what do we fill in the "Name of the office where application was submitted" as my application is now submitted I believe I have to fill this section. the email I got yesterday was from Mississauga office. so do I put "Mississauga" as office name?

I applied for my mum's PGP program in 2021 November, they ask us to provide Biometric today, within 30 days, but her passport is going to expire in after couple le of months so it is sent back home, do we still need the original passport or we can use photocopies, or any advice please

how did you submit the IMM 5406. PLEASE REPLY. Did you submit separately for all the family members. Is it possible to apply for a family member who died in 2010.
