IMM 0008 Form Help

I am currently on a work permit and was a student before. In IMM 0008 Question 10 "Current country of residence" From and To dates, for the "FROM" do I put the date I came to Canada as a student or the date my status changed to worker? And the "TO" date should be the expiry of my work permit? Thank you

To: Just write "Present"
